Instructions to make Lasagnes:
  1. Émincer l’oignon et le faire revenir dans un peu d’huile d’olive. Ajouter la viande hachée et la faire revenir quelques minutes avec les oignons, en l’émiettant bien. Ajouter le colis de tomate, les herbes de Provence, le verre d’eau et le cube de bouillon. Poivrer et couvrir, laisser cuire à feu doux 1 heure.
  2. Pour la béchamel, faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole puis ajouter la farine et remuer en ajoutant le lait. Laisser épaissir sans arrêter de mélanger (environ 15 minutes), poivrer et ajouter une pincée de muscade. En fin de cuisson, ajouter la ricotta et 40g de parmesan.
  3. Beurrer un plat, ajouter des feuilles de lasagnes, de la bolognaise puis de la béchamel et recommencer. Finir en saupoudrant du parmesan restant et ajouter quelques noix de beurre.
  4. Enfourner 20 minutes à 200 degrés.
