Instructions to make Couscous:
  1. Dans un fetou, mettre de l'huile d'olive et faire cuire les pilons de poulet. Une fois doré ajouter un litre d'eau. Et retirer les pilons.

  3. Lavez et éplucher les carottes, les courgettes et les tomates. Coupez les en morceaux et ajoutez les dans le fetou.
  4. Ajouter les pois chiches en conserve en les egoutant avant, puis mélangez. Assaisonner selon vos goût, suivant votre choix de pimenter un peu ou beaucoup. Exemple j'ai mis : persil, coriandre, estragon, basilic, paprika doux, un peu piment d'espelette, des épices orientale et un peu piment doux.
  5. Une fois assaisonnements, remetter les pilons et laisser cuire une vingtaine de minutes en mélangeant de temps en temps pour éviter que ça prenne au fond.
  6. Cuire les merguez dans une poêle à part. Et à la fin de la cuisson des légumes ajouter les merguez.
  7. Accompagner de couscous. Dand un yok par exemple, mettre de l'huile d'olive, ajouter les couscous mélanger pour que le couscous soit imprégner de l'huile et ajouter de l'eau en mélangeant tout doucement pour que le couscous gonflent. Une fois que c gonfler, mettre un peu de beurre pour degraigner, en mélanger et essayant de casser les grains (les blocs).
  8. Servi bien chaud.
