  2. Melanger la farine, le sel et le bicarbonate.
  3. Faire chauffer le four à 230°C.
  4. Créer un puits dans la farine puis verser le lait acide. Mélanger à la spatule : on obtient une pâte molle et collante, pas de panique ! 😉
  5. Verser directement sur une feuille de cuisson farinée et rassembler en un disque grossier, ou dans un plat rond fariné. Faire deux profondes entailles en croix sur le dessus.
  6. Faire cuire 15min à 230°C puis baisser le four à 200°C et laisser cuire encore 30min.
  7. Laisser refroidir avant de découper ! Meilleur le jour-même, mais très bon aussi le lendemain, grillé avec du beurre par exemple 😋
