- Pour la pâte : dans un cul de poule mettre tous les ingrédients et mélangez à la main jusqu’à former une petite boule. Filmez au contact est réserver 30min à 1h au frigo
- Appareil à flan : dans une grande casserole mettre l’ensemble des ingrédients sauf la fécule de maïs.
- Délayez la fécule de maïs avec un peu de la préparation de la casserole pour enlever tous les grumeaux et versez tous dans la casserole.
- Cuire à feu moyen jusqu’à épaississement tout en mélangeant.
- Laissez refroidir l’appareil.
- Étalez la pâte à l’aide d’un rouleau et la mettre dans votre cercle à gâteau en veillant à monter les bords suffisamment haut (20cm de diamètre sur 5cm de haut)
- Disposez votre appareil à flan jusqu’au 3/4 de la pâte et enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 180•c pendant 40min.
- Sortez le du four et laissez refroidir. (il tremble c’est normal, il se figera en refroidissant donc surtout ne démoulez pas)
- Mettre au frigo une nuit et démoulez le lendemain
