  4. Abaisser la pâte avec les mains sur une plaque à cuisson recouverte de papier sulfurisé. Donner une forme rectangulaire à la focaccia. Filmer avec un film alimentaire légèrement huilé. Faire pousser la focaccia 1h à t°ambiante. Préchauffer le four (chaleur convection) à 210°C vers la fin de la pousse.
  5. Préparer votre garniture. Badigeonner d'huile la focaccia et faites des trous avec les doigts.
  6. Garnir la focaccia.
  7. Enfourner et cuire 10 min à 210°C puis 10 à 15 min à 180°C (pas besoin de buée pour la cuisson). Déguster :=)
